We will gladly accept eligible returns seven (7) days of the shipped or pickup date. Please see our full return policy below.
RETURN ELIGIBILITY
- Item(s) must be postmarked within seven (7) days of the shipped date. If the return does not meet the requirement, the item will not be eligible for a refund.
- The Élysée tag must still be attached.
- Item(s) must be proven fake by a credible third-party authenticator and in the same condition when purchased with no missing "extras" (e.g., dustbag, box, etc). Otherwise, the item will not be eligible for a refund.
- Élysée is not responsible for any new damage. We are unable to honor brand-specific warranties.
REFUNDS
Élysée generally processes refunds within 3-5 business days after the returned item((s) have been received and carefully inspected.
RETURN SHIPPING
If returning in person, item(s) may be taken to our shop.
If shipping needs to be arranged, please message any of our social media pages so we can coordinate with our courier partners. This is to make sure that all item(s) will be safe and insured. Customers will be responsible for return shipping costs.
Bag Spa
Our craftsmen are trained to identify different bag materials and how to clean accordingly. Wrong cleaning methods/products have led to horror stories. Sometimes even causing permanent damage to bags. We also offer mold treatment to get rid of stubborn molds.
Electroplating
Elysee offers 24K gold and silver plating services. Restore faded hardware or change hardware color. For removable hardware (e.g., belt buckle), we also offer scratch removal.
Color Revive
Ideal for faded fabric or leather. This is also recommended to conceal stubborn stains that can't be removed with cleaning products.
Leather Replacement
Replacement of expired leather—piping, straps, loops, and zipper pulls.
For cracks and holes on leather that is not yet expired, we recommend Crack Repair.
